5. In-Game Purchases

Purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to ranks, items, and cosmetics. These purchases are considered donations supporting server upkeep and development.

We reserve the right to revoke any purchases if you break our rules or violate these Terms.

6. Server Availability

RIFTSCAPE may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We do not guarantee 24/7 uptime and are not liable for data loss or downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

All server content, including but not limited to plugins, builds, graphics, and branding, is the property of RIFTSCAPE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our content without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the server after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will try to notify users of significant changes via our website or Discord.
